Middle class fights back in New Jersey
state unions are fighting back against the anti- collective bargaining legislation passed earlier this year. The unions filed a class action yesterday seeking an injunction against the anti-union legislation as well as monetary damages, attorney's fees and costs associated with the lawsuit. http://www.examiner.com/elections-2010-in-atlantic-city/atlantic-county-state-senator-whelan-among-those-blamed-union-olawsuitMany Democratic State Senators and Assemblymen voted for the legislation. They are now presumably fair game in the upcoming election as well as the lawsuit.
